Antonia Picó has been a career civil servant since 1981 at Santa Eulària des Riu Town Hall, where she has worked at the Department of Social Welfare. She holds a degree in Law from Nebrija University, Madrid (2020) and obtained the Specialist in Internal Audits and Environmental Management Systems qualification (2008) from TÜV Rheinland and Specialist in Public Safety and Emergencies qualification from the National Public Safety College (2011). She has been a councillor for Santa Eulària des Riu Town Hall since 2011.
