Regulated Parking (ORA)
The objective of the Santa Eulària des Riu regulated parking area is the intelligent management of parking and the promotion of rotation at a time when the number of residents and the number of cars in the municipality has increased considerably.
Put to tender in 2021, the service is one of the most advanced on the market and includes a large number of technological improvements. The main one is the mobile application, which allows you to park and unpark easily and recover unspent money, but it is also a system with the capacity to integrate multiple functions. Progressively, all the blue spaces will be connected to sensor systems in order to achieve the future guided parking.
In total, the service has 346 blue-zone spaces, 244 green-zone spaces and 70 loading and unloading spaces, in addition to 1,600 free park-and-ride spaces.
- Shopping sector: the streets Joan Tur Tur, Pintores Puget, Marià Riquer Wallis, Ricardo Curtois Gotarredona, Sant Vicent (the section between Sol and Plaza España) and Sol.
- Centre sector: the streets Mar, Sant Joan (until its intersection with Huesca), Rodríguez Valcárcel, Molins de Rei, Osca, Sant Jaume, Sant Llorenç and Sant Josep.
- Tres Torres sector: the streets Sant Joan (from the intersection with Osca), José Guasch Vich, Teniente Coronel Costa Ribas and the Tres Torres area.
