Juan Carlos Roselló Juan has been an Emergency Agent for the Operations Unit of the Department for Emergencies and the Interior, Balearic Islands Government, since 2004, although he is currently on a leave of absence from his job in order to carry out his post at Santa Eulària des Riu Town Hall. In the unit, he has carried out emergency intervention and management tasks; evaluation and detection of risk situations in the field of Public Safety, beach inspections in the field of compliance with current regulations on rescue and safety on beaches and provided support for inspections at industrial facilities affected by “SEVESO” regulations (Repsol Butano, GESA, CLH). He also trains firefighters for Eivissa Island Council on the Introductory Firefighting Course.
In politics, Juan Carlos Roselló Juan was president of the New Generations of the People's Party from 2001 to 2005 and councillor in charge of local police in de Santa Eulària des Riu during the 2003-07 term of office.
He is highly involved in the social fabric of Sant Carles de Peralta, where he was president of La Unión de San Carlos resident's association and the patron saint's festivities committee (2015-2019).
