Article 32, Law 12/2017 (LUIB), “land division actions for land classified as rural”, stipulates in its section 2 that: “Land division actions as a result of the execution of planning decisions or public infrastructures and those cases stipulated by regulation will be exempted from the need to obtain a license, and will be replaced in these cases by an exemption certificate”.
