The "Spring Tales" series organized by the Santa Eulària des Riu Municipal Library is making its return this Thursday, March 21st. As always, the event will include a dozen sessions that will visit all the Parishes, featuring a session of stories for adults and another in sign language to try to cover as wide a spectrum of the audience as possible, although it continues to focus mainly on children. The sessions will begin this Thursday at the Municipal Library itself, located at 9 Joan Tur Tur Street in Santa Eulària. Starting at 5:00 PM, completely free of charge like the rest of the performances, Encarna de las Heras will bring to life her "Treasures in the Wind." This show will be repeated the following day, Friday 22, at the Jesús Cultural Centre and on Tuesday, May 7th, at the CEIP Santa Gertrudis Library, also starting at 5 PM in both cases.
The performance on Friday at the CCdJ will have the particularity that, in addition to Encarna de las Heras, there will also be a person on stage who will translate the text into sign language so that boys, girls, and adults with severe hearing difficulties can also enjoy these stories.
In addition to this performance in sign language, there will be another very special one. As in all editions, there will be a storytelling session for people over 16 years old. It will take place on Thursday, April 25th, also at the Municipal Library, this time starting at 8 PM. This session will correspond to the "Grandma's Tales" by Maritza Tejecuentos.
