Next Thursday, August 11, will begin the festivities of Cala Llonga on the occasion of the celebration on the 15th of the Assumption of the Virgin. Until the 25th of this month, when the last event of the program will take place, this town will serve as a stage for about twenty concerts distributed among different locals to stimulate their activity, with Swingin Tonic and Lenox Lounge as protagonists of the performance of the big day on the beach. The program will include classic events such as the parade of floats, the sand castle contest or the 'cinema a la fresca'. And also a novelty, meetings of beach rugby and beach volleyball, modalities of these sports more fresh and fun, appropriate for this time of year.
The variety of styles and the quality of the performances are the main features of the musical performances proposed in collaboration with the residents and businessmen of Cala Llonga. Beach sports
Beach sports are growing in importance this year and will allow to enjoy two modalities that are original and very enjoyable versions of other sports.
